Employee operations
One Workforce. Role‑Based Operations.
Drivers, operators and technicians are not separate systems. Every person is an employee with one or more roles — and EffiFleet assigns work based on those roles, permissions, availability and current assignments.

How Employee Operations works
01
Roles, not separate staff lists
An employee can be a Driver and an Equipment Operator at the same time. Their effective permissions are the combination of their roles, and role changes apply immediately.
- Driver, Equipment Operator, Technician
- Service Manager, Rental Executive, Operations Manager
- Finance and Management
- Roles and permissions you control
02
Assignment that checks the basics
When you assign someone to a delivery or service job, EffiFleet checks that they hold the right role and are not already committed for that period — and can recommend employees using skills, certifications, branch and workload.
- Role and availability filters
- No overlapping assignments
- Credential and skill matching
- Workload and branch considered
03
Work in the field from the Employee app
Field employees see their tasks, deliveries, equipment, service jobs and inspections on mobile — and only what their roles allow.
- My Tasks
- Delivery and collection
- Service jobs and checklists
- Inspections with photos
What changes for your team
- Assign the right person without phone rounds
- Avoid double-assigning field staff
- Give every employee only what their role needs

Rental Management
Operations teams see each rental from the first request to the final return — what was asked for, what was quoted, which units are allocated, who is delivering them and what happens next.
Fleet & Equipment
Each unit has one record: specifications, status, location, meter readings, rental history, service history, documents and the revenue it has generated.
Service & Maintenance
Handle breakdowns reported by customers, preventive maintenance and emergency repairs in one service workflow — with the right technician, checklist, parts and costs on every job.
Finance & Expenses
Rental charges, additional charges and operating costs meet on the same rental — so you see revenue, expenses and profitability per rental, without waiting for month-end.
Customer Experience
Your customers get their own mobile app — separate from your internal systems — to request equipment, follow their rentals, raise service requests and see invoices and payments.
